The role The Area Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring that the sales team meets the company’s defined quotas. These include achieving net sales targets, acquiring new customers, and expanding the product portfolio with existing clients. The role also covers responsibility for customer trade terms. Key tasks include assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring and managing the performance of team members, preparing and delivering sales capability trainings, developing and executing sales plans, and continuously strengthening the sales team by improving and optimizing its structure.
