Your role: The CEE Wholesale Marketing team is looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Leader to take responsibility of the customer marketing, strategic pillar to develop our customer experiences and B2Bengagement mainly. Reporting to the Marketing director, in a matrix organization, he/she will be collaborating strongly with EMEA and mentoring the countries to offer the best in class experience for our B2B customers. Your responsibilities: Develop the event strategy by providing guidelines to the countries on the timeline, the content, the consistency of all our facing B2B touchpoints (roadshows, fairs, events....). Be DNA guardian. Collaborate with EMEA to fully empower our B2B strategy (events, fairs, roadshows, services...) and mentor the countries for the most strategic and qualitative executions. Ensures execution of Central guidelines and defines regional & local guidelines, within a defined budget. Find economies of scale accross the region. Within your scope implement our synergy strategy: frames, lenses and instruments, fuelly infused by our medtech leading mindset. Be the main touchpoints for the region to collate, follow up and support the organization of the global events to ensure the best customer experience. Responsible for leading, animating, upgrading the showrooms of the regions with the support of the countries. Manage the efficiency of services across the region with the support of the countries. Be inspired by our global team, and always think further to enrich our events and mirror our breakthrough strategies. Track the efficiency of the actions with qualitative and quantitative KPI's. Represents the CEE/Greece region and provides the Central and local teams with necessary reporting & consolidated information Supports the Budget preparation (volumes and values) by working with the clusters and Business Category Planning Your profile: 5/7+ experience as a Project and event manager. Ideally local and regional experiences. Min. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Leadership Build and lead the business planning function across CEE, covering 15 countries and 20 entities. Consolidate and analyze regional data to identify trends, performance variations, and strategic priorities. Act as the strategic partner to the Regional Director, contributing to the midterm roadmap (H1 2026). 2. Operational Excellence Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools within the first 6 months. Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, finance, and commercial teams. Track execution of priorities and ensure accountability across the region. 3. Team & Resource Management Coordinate with ~10 business analysts across countries (dotted-line) and manage ~2 direct reports. Map internal resources and foster collaboration across silos. Promote a culture of agility, ownership, and collective spirit. 4. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a connector across functions and geographies, ensuring strong communication and influence. Interface with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives. Key Criteria and Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, or consulting Proven success in complex, multi-country environments Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Open-minded, optimistic, and resilient in the face of resistance Hands-on, agile, and collaborative leadership style Fluent in English; other CEE languages are a plus
