Previous experience in a HR advisory or generalist capacity is essential. The ability to build strong relationships is a key skill. Sector experience in Wholesale/Customer Services is an advantage but not essential so long as you can demonstrate and apply strong HR knowledge/principles in your current sector. Fast learner and comfortable/competent with systems (MS Office: Outlook, Excel for generating reports, Word, Workday system is a strong advantage) Strong communication and Employee Relations skills.
