For our boutique in Prague, we are looking for a Stock Associate talent with passion and drive. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing efficient service to all sales staff (preparing products, assisting with product preparation, packaging and client deliveries)
• Preparing stock transfers between stores
• Checking the receipt of products returned by customers, support with the after sales service
• Assisting in the delivery of products and verifying the condition and quantity of the delivery
• Ensuring that all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom
• Maintaining and replenishing inventory, implementing price changes, preparing, and conducting regular inventory counts

PROFILE

Experience in retail or hospitality
Good knowledge of the stock/supply chain processes
Significant drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison
Strong team skills, empathy, and agile mindset
Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Czech and English, another language on top is a plus
