The Role: The Channel Strategy & Marketing Analyst has a strategic and analytical role within the Marketing team. This position supports the Channel Strategy & Marketing Manager and contributes directly to the company’s commercial and marketing activities. The Analyst prepares sales and performance analyses, coordinates marketing projects, and provides essential support to the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with overall business objectives Promotional Offer Management Take full responsibility for the preparation and implementation of the bi-monthly SPO promotional offer featured in Salon News magazine, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and effectively drives sales. External & Internal Collaboration Maintain close collaboration with external agencies and suppliers to guarantee high-quality and timely delivery of marketing assets. Support internal stakeholders by preparing reports, presentations, and strategic business reviews, and contribute to the creation of the quarterly internal newsletter to keep teams informed and aligned. What you will bring: University degree in Economics, Business or Marketing required. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales or business analysis Experience in the professional beauty or luxury industry is an advantage Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with graphic design software is an advantage. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Fluent Czech (native level) and English at least at B2 level.
